Terms of Trade

  • A quotation is in respect of an hourly rate and a calculated final invoice will be based upon hours and part hours actually worked by us.
  • Costs of plants purchased by us are payable by you provided such expenditure is authorised by you in writing prior to purchase.
  • Any additional costs incurred on your behalf are payable by you provided such expenditure is authorised by you in writing prior to purchase.
  • Full payment is due within 20 days of the date of the invoice by cash or direct debit.
  • All invoices outstanding 7 days following due date will be subject to a late payment interest charge of 5% per month, compounding.
  • You will pay all legal and debt collection costs that we may incur, including solicitor and own client costs, in enforcing or attempting to enforce our rights under these terms of engagement.
  • We will be responsible for any damage to your property due to our acts, omissions, carelessness or negligence. We agree to remain liable for 1 month if we supply defective plants.
  • We retain all legal ownership of plans, drawings, designs and all associated intellectual property.
  • A quotation remains valid for 30 days.
  • Your signature on a quotation constitutes your acceptance of our terms of trade.
